What We Do

At Specialty Weld Systems, our goal is to make your project as efficient and economical as possible. Through our combined 30 years experience in the semiconductor industry, we have realized an exciting way to combine current prefabrication practices with a process that accomplishes that goal. Our offsite ISO 5 clean room can accommodate up to 200 welding stations, in addition to repackaging and certification stations. When our clients receive their materials, they simply notify us of the delivery and we come to your onsite warehouse, pick up the supply, and drop off the finished product on schedule. Our process looks like this:

Pick up clients tubing and fittings

2.

Verify which materials are associated with correct “P & ID”

3.

Unpackage material at each clean room welding station

4.

Weld each component per spec

5.

Quality control each unit

6.

Repackage unit

7.

Label and sort each unit into their specific tool, as listed by the “P & ID”

8.

Ship the finished product back to our client

With this process, an entire semiconductor tool install process can be completed before the tools even arrive on site. With our electronic record keeping program, and with our dedicated coupon and weld id system, our clients know that when they need a question answered about the quality of our process, we have the answers.
